There are two channels that can be used to purchase shares in a fund:

• Primary market: The tokens of each fund are offered for purchase via a portal on the TrueScope Ventures website. The total tokens available represent the amount being raised for investment. Tokens will remain available until the entire allocation has been allocated.
• Secondary market: If an investor was unable to acquire tokens in the primary market, tokens can be acquired in the secondary market, which is accessed via the TrueScope Ventures site. Tokens must be acquired from a current investor(s) and the token price will reflect the current NAV and/or a price negotiated between the seller and buyer.
